I remember picking up phone and asking JoAnn to come to Chambers to teach because we needed a math teacher. She said Cindy, I don’t think that y’all really want me to and I’m not sure I want to. Mr. Ray said, JoAnn, go help them out and the story began. One of the best moves I ever made at school. Thank you JoAnn for helping the school out and being a good friend to a lot of us. RIP my friend!
