Mr. Joe Seafus Belyeu was born to the late Mrs. Ammie Moore Belyeu and Mr. Johnny Belyeu of Coosa County, Alabama on April 6, 1952. He departed this life on August 8, 2017. He is preceded in death by his two sisters Ms. Bobby Gene Belyeu and Mrs. Albera Belyeu Herman; four brothers, Mr. Willie Paul Belyeu, Mr. John Thomas Jr., Mr. Henry Belyeu, and Mr. Euene Belyeu; a nephew, Mr. Michael Drake.


He is survived by a loving wife of 43 1/2 years: Mrs. Sara Milliner Belyeu; four daughters, Ms. Wendy Jo Belyeu, Ms. Pamela Michele Belyeu, Ms. Kristy Belyeu (Markeious Messengale), and Ms. Sara Faye Belyeu al of Alexander City, Alabama; two sons, Mr. Joe Seafus Belyeu Jr. of Lawrenceville, Georgia, and Mr. Donny Eugene Belyeu (Reshida Russaw) of Alexander City, Alabama, nine grandchildren, Kaleb Hakiem Mike Slaughter, Kaleah Samone Slaughter, Brionna Nicole Slaughter, Christen Rashad Rudolph, Labarron Exavier Heard, Tykira Lashae Belyeu (Tjwana Belyeu), JoQuan Mykhal Belyeu (Tjwana Belyeu), Malesha LeAnn Jones and Alivia Ann Belyeu; eight loving siblings, Mr. Tommy Hubbard of Detroit, Michigan, Mr. A.D. (Katie) Belyeu of Alexander City, Alabama, Mr. David Belyeu of Rockford, Alabama, and Mr. Willie Davis of Alexander City, Alabama; three sisters Mrs. Lina Bell Hawkins of California, Mrs. Jenny Moore Love of Birmingham, Alabama and Mrs. Fannie Mae Drake of Alexander City, Alabama; a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
