Prayers to family! RIP John......

I am so happy we got to spend time with John and Evett this past Sunday. John always treated our kids as if he was their uncle, which they do not have. I want to thank him for his friendship with our family.

From the minute we met on the tier, we were more than friends. We were brothers in every sense of the word. My heart has an empty place tonight that will never be filled again

John Anthony Miller, you were my friend, my Bandmate, my brother, and when I needed a kick in the ass, you were a voice of reason. If not for you, I wouldn't have a wife, and two beautiful children... One of which, you graced us by being her Godfather.

I always said friends are family we get to chose, and for that reason, you were closer to me than some of my own family. For that, I will always be thankful

I love you, My Brother.
Now, more than ever, I hope the afterlife exists, so we can be together again one day

You will forever be in my thoughts and heart. 
May you rest in peace cousin John.

Condolences to the family

Speechless... I will never understand the reason for the good ones to be taken one by one. It is with tears in my eyes that I write this. My thoughts and deepest prayers are with Yvette and their family as they go this unbearable time. John was a great friend, classmate, and study buddy. I truly am in disbelief.

My heartfelt condolences go out to John's family and friends. John was an amazing, funny, and caring guy. I'm honored to have known him, even for a little while.

My heart is full of heavy sadness for Evett and their family. We have truly lost a wonderful man. I will hold the memories we shared forever in my heart, and never forget you. R.I.P. my dear friend.

I'm not only proud to call you my friend, but my brother in arms as well. We shared alot of common interests like guns, patriotism, a warped sense of humor, love and loyalty to friends and family, love of food both cooking and eating it, and a love and appreciation for music, just to mention a few.
You Pat and I were like the 3 Amigos. The 3 pics I posted here show that.
You left us way too soon but I know we'll all meet again. When we do, I'm not letting you anywhere near my camera. LOL (Inside Joke)

BUTTERFLIES (The Symbol of Life)  

In order for a butterfly to spread it’s wings and fly,
It must endure a change and let the caterpillar die.
For in the game we know as life, nothing stays the same.
The rules are always changing. That’s how we play the game.
The same is true for all of us. It’s part of God’s great plan.
One day we will earn our wings, and shed the skin of man.
Any time you see these gentle creatures flutter by,
Remember, there is so much more, than what simply meets the eye.
They symbolize the cycle, of the life we live on earth.
They prove that what we view as death, is really a rebirth.
So rather than shed tears, and mourn for someone that you love,
When they are called to live forever, by God himself above.
Rejoice in knowing, they are always right there by your side.
Just like the changing butterfly, they never truly died.

I knew John fairly well, i knew him at work and off work, he was truely a great guy, he will be missed by all. May he R.I.P. hes in Gods hands now.

SOLDIERS IN HEAVEN

American soldiers never die, they’re simply reassigned.
The commander they serve is most supreme, their mission most divine.
They battle the evil forces of Hell. It’s a war that has no end.
They fearlessly fight with courage and valor.
For its Heaven they defend.
They’re sent here T.D.Y. from Heaven,
For training and skills they must learn.
They’ll need them for the battles they face,
When their orders come in to return.
We honor them as heroes, these angels in disguise.
For the ultimate price they sometimes pay, by meeting with demise.
Often in the line of duty, their own lives they must give.
A sacrifice they bravely make, so in freedom we may live.
Although we mourn their tragic loss, there’s reason to rejoice.
For they’ve been reassigned by God, to serve by his own choice.
As the forces of Hell continue to strengthen,
And the need for firepower grows,
Heaven calls for reinforcement,
And another soldier goes.
