I had John Parham as my PE TEACHER IN 1965, He made me respect and admire him as a teacher and coach. I was scared to Death,so I listen to every word he said and such I complied. I feel that he taught me respect and I tried to give him100% during PE. I will never forget him as one of my most admired men of my Lifetime....From Jimmy Williams

I played on Coach Parham's 1964-1965 football team. I also had him as a health and physical education teacher as a freshman at J.F Web High School. He is one of the most admired men of my lifetime. He would kick your butt (not out of meanness), but because he knew that you were not doing your best or knew you could do better. He really cared about his players and I have never forgotten that.  I will never forget him. He was a great person. .

A coach, & a "gentleman", who gained your respect by requiring 110%. Coach Parham touched so many lives in so many positive ways!
