Carolyn, remember when Dirk, the kids, and I ran into you guys at the holiday inn in Logansport at Christmas time several years ago? It was completely unexpected but such a fun coincidence! Joe was always quick with a smile. I remember him very fondly and know you all miss him so much. He was a special guy.

It was always a pleasure to visit with Joe, Carolyn, and Alan over Tom and Nancy's. Joe always carried an infectious, upbeat persona which I enjoyed being around. Alan and I liked to goof around together to make each other laugh and Joe would just smile at us. I'll always remember that about him...always enjoying.
