Mrs. Joyce Leonard Daniel born on November 3, 1941 was one of elevenchildren born to the late Ira and Birtha Leonard in Coosa County.

 She accepted Christ at an early age as a member of Good Grove Baptist Church. Later in life she joined at Ridge Grove Baptist Church and then Rocky Mountain Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Joe Lewis Daniel, two brothers, Mr. George Otis Leonard, Mr. Joseph Leonard; and four sisters, Miss Irene Leonard, Ms. Nancy Leonard, Mrs. Dezzie Leonard Holley, and Mrs. Lue Dean Parmer.

Mrs. Daniels departed this life on July 15, 2013 at Russell Medical Center in Alexander City, Alabama.

 She leaves to cherish her memories: one son, Mr. Joenathan Leonard, one daughter Ms. Sharonda Youngblood; one grandson, Mr. Kenyata Leonard of Louisville, Kentucky; six great grandchildren, Keasia Leonard, Keyona Leonard, Legacy Billups, Kenyaca Leonard Jr, Keshawn Leonard, and Odyssey Leonard; three sisters, Mrs. Bertha Harrison, Ms. Bernice Leonard, and Ms. Joycelyn Leonard all of Alexander City, Alabama; two brothers, Mr. John Samuel Leonard of Equality, Alabama, Mr. Jathan (Annie) Leonard of Birmingham, Alabama, and a host of nieces, nephews and loved ones.
