Tributes
Leave a tributeI met Julia when we hired her in our Budget area. Her work certainly impressed me, but more than that, her concern and continuing efforts to help her grandchildren have the best life they could. She exemplified true love, devotion and sacrifice for her grandchildren and her children - to me, she "walked the walk". Frances Dreps
Julia's passing. She will be greatly missed by all.
