I met Kathy when she was a freshman at Ricker College. I was still in high school, living just off the campus. Can’t even remember how I was lucky enough to meet her and Nancy Kinkade, but I do remember their kindness to the younger kid, being treated as a true friend. That was so special to me, something I have always carried with me. I’m so sorry the world lost such a special soul way too soon.
