Today was East Hardy High School Awards ceremony and we presented your scholarship to a very nice girl. Her name was Sabrina Mongold, who is also related to you. MawMaw and me went to the Little League Bat-A-Thon today. Even though we had a good time, Pap was sad because you were not there. Shed alot of tears today as I watched the other kids playing ball. My mother and father-in-law found one of Kaylees balloons in a field yesterday. We live in Red Oak, NC. They called and spoke to Mr. and Mrs. Whetzel, the grandparents. They shared this with me and my children and we wanted you to know we are praying for your family and that someone in NC is thinking of Kaylee.
