Larnise, will forever be in my heart. I miss hearing her voice. Larnise liked to remain low key and recommend to be called by her first name; this includes her children and grandchildren. She was a quiet power in her community and a help- n- hand to so many people. She wasn't for the fancy fluff, but she loved style, finer things, beautiful dresses, and clothes for her grandchildren. I use to joke with her about how pretty she was just to see her blush. Her smile, eyes, and hair were always beautiful to me. She poured into me at a very young age; teaching me life skills that will benefit me in every aspect of my life. While I was born to an amazing biological mother, Larnise was there to shape me when no one else cared, and talk to me when I needed it most. Her guidance and wisdom enhanced my quality of life. Since age thirteen, we spent many of nights together talking about everything. A teenage mother, she helped me raise my daughter (her grandchild) for the first six years of her life. There were times when I wanted to reject her wisdom but deep down inside I always knew she was correct. Today, I am so thankful I listen to her. Whenever I need a non-bias opinion, or pitch a new idea, id call Larnise. Larnise and I had a very special relationship that lasted until the day she pasted away. I could always call her and she call me in the midnight hour. She watched me hurt, cry, persevere, and never judged my mistakes. She softened my hard times. I know she was proud of me because she always said so. We never gave up on our relationship no matter who and what was going on. I appreciate her and she knew it. I am a proud woman because of her wisdom, support, and love she shown me and my family. Today, I send my love and prayers to the family. In loving memory of one the greatest women in my world, Larnise Tarlesson.
