Mr. Lester Lee Huguley was the youngest son of the late Amos and Vannie Izora Reed Huguley. He was born August 9, 1940 in Chambers County, AL. Lester departed this life on Tuesday, May 23 at the East Alabama Medical Center- Lanier, Valley, AL.

At an early age, he accepted Christ at the Mitchell Springs United Methodist Church, Lanett, AL, where he served faithfully until his health began to fail. He attended school at the Lanier High School and graduated in 1959. Lester went on to better his life at Tuskegee Institute, Tuskegee, AL, where he finished with a Bachelor's Degree Industrial Arts in 1963.

Lester taught school in Rome, GA and Woodbury, GA for many years. Later in life, he moved back home to Lanett, AL and began to work at West Point Pepperell as a postal carrier until his retirement.

His hobbies were outdoor gardening, fishing and building cabinets.

He leaves to cherish his memory, one brother, Mr. Garfield Huguley, Springfield Gardens, NY; two sisters, Mrs. Princetta Mackey, Huntsville, AL and Mrs. Vista Bryant, Rex, GA; a very special nephew and caregiver, Mr. David Huguley; a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
