It is likely that the passing of two years has not lessened the sense of loss that you feel. Your mother was a wonderfully kind and thoughtful person and we were very thankful for the privilege of meeting her.

Sending my condolences to the Hughes family. It was a great pleasure that I got to know your mom. She made my day when I came to work. And she loved when I came in to see her too. I’m gone to miss her so much when I return to work.

So thankful we had the pleasure of getting to know Mrs Hughes and her family at Pitman.  Even though she was 6 years older than our mother, she would always tell us she would watch out for her, and she really did several times.  We will miss her.

Dear Hughes family,

My family and I only knew your loved relative for a very short time. She shared a room with my wife's mother in Pitman Manor. But in that short time, we grew to love her greatly, and feel something of the great loss you have experienced. She was a gracious, thoughtful, kind person and we hope God will comfort your hearts at this time of bereavement.
