Mabel was born in Dayton, Kentucky to the late Jerde and Grace Morgan. She had a  brother  named Ralf Eugene Morgan.

Mabel and family eventually relocated to Ohio. Where Mabel met and married David Wilson  Frazier on Jan 28, 1939
Mabel and David lived in Corning, Ohio and had five children.
Davey, Lois, Billy, Gracie & Kathy. 

David her husband was employed at Alteir Oil. Mabel stayed at home with their children.


In 1964 Mabel was grief stricken with the loss of her eldest son who dround while away in the army. He was 19 years old.
