Manice was born in the Bronx January 4th to parents, Angel and Felicita Carrillo. He was named Manuel. His family called him Manny.  He had 6 Brothers and Sisters..Margie, Luisa, Luis, Beatriz, Feliz and Elias.

He stick ball, touch football, wrestling, comics and fun.  He met his future wife Loretta in 1966, then lost contact afternoon joining the Army in the Airborne Division in Vietnam.  

He through a Miracle reconnected with Loretta after he was out and they dated. They had a Son Yuri in 1987, and Married in the early 90's. 

Manice was always peaceful and wore a smile. He was a prankster and a great mechanic.
