Marcene was a third generation Southern California daughter of Donamae and Ralph Page.

She has been an East Bay resident since 1957.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walt Willard in 1997. Marcene is survived by her daughter Lynn Fegyo, son in law Gary Fegyo, and cousins Jon Walton and Mimi Sekany.

She lived a very active life of volunteer service starting with PTA, Brownie and Girl Scout Leader, Mother Singers co-founder, and has spent many years of fun and work as a member of Hill and Valley Club.

She was also involved with the CFWC District, and PEO, as well as a docent at McConaghy House in Hayward. Marcene's work had a special emphasis on young adult concerns such as EDGE Youth Leadership (formerly NCYLS), a youth leadership seminar.
