Aunt Joan, you were my inspiration to become a beautiful woman both inside and out. I can still smell your perfume and remember your wonderful laugh!! I miss you very much and love ❤️ you with all my heart!!!
She lived, she loved, she shared. My wife and I participate in a Hummingbird garden in our backyard with roses that she inspired.. Her chimes ring in the cool breezes. Her Grandchildren flourish!.
Thinking of you even more today. And what a wonderful day. It's sprinkling outside, the plants are drinking. It's Friday! The Dodgers just won the pennant. And you were first born today. Thank God for you Mom. Big Love beaming to you. Give my Love to Francie!
So many of the things that I know are true are because of you, Grandma. I am thanking you, today and always for your love and guidance. Miss you always, love you more. Katelyn
Happy Birthday Mom! I am hoping that you had a good time when we came and visited.... thanks for the party! I feel your gentle way. Thank you for guiding me so well along mine.
She will always be missed and never forgotten. She taught me many things as a mother would: probably one of the most important was the true meaning of the word innocence.
She was intrepid in life and an enduring influence after her death. I can see her in my children and her grandchildren's children. There's a certain look in the their eyes, a happiness in their laughs, a sweet tenderness to their smiles. I take comfort in knowing where she dwells and who she was.
Happy Birthday Aunt Joan, I know you are smiling and dancing with my Mom. I hope your day is filled with love and laughter. May your smile be felt all day!
I will always remember her calm demeanor, her intellect, her fantastic smile and her infectious laugh. We are so lucky to have had her in our lives. Her legacy lives on in her children and in everyone who knew her. Thank you Aunt Joan.
I will always remember my fabulous, beautiful Aunt Joan. She lit up our lives in so many ways !! I remember her visiting us and Mom liked the fragrance she was wearing, and bought herself lotion that smelled like that, and every time she put it on she had something nice to say about the Visit we last saw her at! Mom called her the "Elizabeth Taylor" of the family, we love you all. Xxxxxoo
Im am so blessed to have been able to share a good part of my life with my dear sweet Aunt. She always lit the room when she walked in and for that I am grateful.. God Bless
I think the last thing she did before leaving this world was smile. That was who she was - who she became - before leaving. Super concentrated love, the antithesis to dark matter; Light Matter that lifted us all. She was able to share that light. We are all privileged to have basked in that love. I know she is happy to be home at the Springs her sister Francie, brother Bob and Mother.
I feel lucky to have had her as a matriarch. She was kind, patient, accepting, and gentle. She was the strongest woman I will probably ever know, and she gave me so much with her wisdom. I love you Gma.Always, Am
