Even though Joyce wasn't my biological mom, she was the only Mom I had. She loved me unconditionally and was the only member of my family who truly understood me. She always understood my need to roam and always gave me the best advice. She smiled even when her world was crashing all around her.She fought a very brave fight. I love you and miss you Mom.

She was a wonderful Mother and a best friend to me. She was there when I needed her and I will always love her and miss her everyday of my life.
