You will be missed
We miss you Margarito....
Growing up I remember my mom calling April and asking her if you guys wanted to house sit and babysit me. You guys would come over and that's when the fun started... Dancing...laughing.... And singing.... I looked forward to the weekends and to see you guys. Time passed we all got busy with life and our families but every time we would see you it was like we picked up where we left off... We will miss you and as I look back I wish I came by more. You will always be in my thoughts and I am lucky to have a piece of your art with me....the shorts you stayed up all night airbrushing.
April I love you and I am here for you Gabby, Philip,Kris & Laura and Zoey
Kindness
Dearest Margarito,
No matter how much time had passed, you always welcomed me and my family with open arms, calling me "Mija", and talking with my family about the things that mattered most to them, baseball, work etc. It was like no time had lapsed, and you were my own blood. You had a way of making everyone feel welcome and loved.
Growing up I adored my cousin April. She was so smart, beautiful, charismatic, and hysterically funny. In short, she was my idol, I looked up to her. So when she told me she had fallen in love, and described who you were, I knew I would adore you too.
As time went on it was apparent that you and April had a rare kind of love, one that only few people, I think, get to experience. That love culminated in 3 beautiful children, all of them bright, compassionate, and dedicated to their family, just the same way both you and April were. This, I feel, is the ultimate goal in life, to raise such caring, intelligent, loving children, and you both accomplished this together.
I'm so lucky to have known you, you will be deeply missed.
Love,
Your Cousin, Nichole
