While going through many old documents left by my parents, I came across something that appears to be a birth announcement (thanks to Google translate).  I believe this to be my mother's actual date of birth.  She had mentioned how Ong felt that a daughter born in the year of the tiger wasn't suitable so he changed it.  I wish we knew sooner so we could have celebrated her birthday twice per year - once with me and Sparky in August and then again with Steve and Michelle in October/November.
