Mom, I'm remembering you fondly today on your birthday. And to make today more special, Matthew chose this date to be married. You must be so proud of all of your grandchildren. I know they think the world of you. I miss you!

Mom, in my darkest hours you were there, always with kindness and open heart. And so you were for us all. No heart was more open, no arms more embracing, no compassion was so deep, and no other presence so uplifting. You gave and gave and gave some more, and of course we happily took!! I always wanted to be like you when I grew up. I'll keep on trying, I promise. Love that smile!!!

I am a long time member of UCUC. I sing in the choir and, therefore, had the opportunity to see Mary each week in her place in the front left (the choir's right) of the church. Though reserved, she had a warm and kind demeanor and always a friendly smile. She will be missed!

I knew Mary from her Church, UCUC,which she was one of the founding members over 50 years ago. I was so fortunate to have had the opportunity to visit her occasionally and she always had such lovely stories to share and always wanted to know what was going on in my life as well. I especially remember the time I took Mary out for a ride in my little red convertible, she really enjoyed herself, despite the cramped fit. What a day we had! Miss you Mary, until we meet again

I didn't get a chance often to visit with Aunt Mary, but I always enjoyed our talks. She was one of the world's greatest "listeners". She always shared her life lessons and never judged. She loved Uncle Al and her children with her entire being and spoke of you all with great pride. I miss her along with you all.

Mary was my aunt and she was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. All of my mom's sisters had the biggest hearts and I am so sad that most of them have passed. One memory I have of my Aunt Mary was going to their house and sitting on the diving board of their pool feeling the beautiful breeze. It was always so peaceful at their house and Mary made us feel so welcome. I wish she had lived closer to us so that we could have spent more time with her. Guess we will just have to wait until we see her again one day!
