Mary, is everything that is good. She always made me feel part of her family. I remember our trip to Salem, Mass. It was wonderful just being with her. She made me a better person. Thank you for your friendship Mary. I will miss your stories about the birds, calling your name as you left for work, and you were late because you just could not leave them. We met at Healthnet where we worked, I was rescuing a bird that flew into the glass, and she came up to me and said, I want to know you, I saw what you did for that bird. and from there our friendship began. You were an angel here on earth, and I imagine you are also an Angel in heaven. Love you Mary.

When I think of Mary I can only think of Sunshine. She had a smile that would light up a room. Her laugh had this unique giggle that always made you wonder what she was up to now. I was Blessed to enjoy her friendship for over 50 years. She loved life and enjoyed it to the fullest. Mary and Evan made the PERFECT couple. They were best friends and their love for each always showed. But having their daughter Marisa made their lives complete and they were so proud of her.
I have so many wonderful memories of Mary, from the days of dancing the stroll at Hansons, singing "Shake a Hand"at the Irem, and to all the great family and friend parties out the Lake.
Mary was a warm, kind and generous person. She was a beautiful women on the outside and a caring, loving person on the inside. Mary will be missed deeply but her memory will be with Kline and me forever.

I treasure my fond memories of my Aunt Mary, especially those of Christmas.

She always brought the greatest Christmas presents ( straight from NYC , no doubt ) looking fabulous in her mink.

I remember the year of the Cabbage Patch Kids craze when they were impossible to buy...yet here comes Aunt Mary with one for each of her nieces.

……and then one year she brought the greatest present of all… a real, live baby doll …her precious Marisa.

Aunt Mary had such wonderful stories and always knew the best places to go. I will miss her dearly.

My heart is warmed by the belief that a band of beloved angels greeted her in Heaven.

If i had to describe one word for Aunt Mary it would be FUN! She always would take your call and be full of energy to go somewhere and she never turned down shopping!

She was such a huge part of my life and I will miss her

Please share and make this memorial Great for her!!

I never knew Mary but I have come to know Marisa through my nephew Gerry. Marisa could not be the lovely person she is without an exceptional mom behind her. Rest In Peace, Mary. I'm sorry I never had the chance to know you.

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.

When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure.

Our earthly loss is always a heavenly gain.
Although our hearts hurt & mourn in humanly pain,
The fact still remains the same
That Heaven Has Gained more Love
To sprinkle down from above. ~ Antonio Talbert ~

Extending deep and heartfelt sympathy to you, Marisa, and your family.

I only met Mary when I was a small child. I do not remember her well. I do know Marisa and I know she could not be the wonderful person she is without an amazing mother to guide her. She is in my prayers.

I met Mary through her daughter Marisa. Mary and I became friends and she even went as far to allow Marisa to be my heart child. Mary was funny, quirky, loyal and a great lady in all ways. She had a innate shrewdness and no one could pull the wool over her eyes. She was a great and loyal friend that I will miss forever. We did not always agree but much of our friendship was based in our excellent debates. She was one of a kind and they broke the mold after God made her. A treasure and a pearl beyond price. Godspeed Mary! I will see you on the other side.
