I remember Matt was here having a sleepover with our son Pierce.  We all watched "The Warriors" together which I had seen in the theater decades earlier.  Matt really liked it; thought it was very cool.

A couple weeks ago we were eating at the purple onion downtown. A man came up to us and started talking to us, he was obviously in need. Matt and I befriended him and Matt decided that we needed to take him home. We ended up driving an hour away to take this man home. When we got to his house, Matt handed him a 20 dollar bill and a hug. It just shows how much Matt cared about other people.
