I had the honor to working with Matthew once a month for a few years on the Beer Squad. While I didn't know him very well outside the Coop, it was impossible not to immediately feel what a great soul he was – a gentle, dependable, strong spirited guy. I'll miss him, and I'll remember him very fondly.

What a mensch. Thew was the first person I talked to the day I interviewed at the Seward. I remember his understated hilariousness, his abiding fondness for tahini and corn pancakes, and excellent sense of personal style.

Love and peace to all. Thew was a unique incredible spirit. Remembering him so so fondly.

I will remember Thew as the epitome of a good guy with an unforgettable laugh. He taught me the importance of having fun at work. Much love.

I was fortunate enough to have Thew as a roommate in the early 2000's. It wasn't until we lived together that I learned how hilarious he was and that he was such an awesome DJ. I remember coming home on more than one occasion to a full on disco soundtrack blasting through the house with Thew wearing 70's gear and big glasses. He was the person who introduced me to Fela Kuti. He was the sweetest guy and he really knew how to deliver a joke. DJ Night Moves you will be missed. Glad I had a chance to be friends with you in this lifetime.
