From the first time I hopped in Mike's truck to look at a parking lot and saw his "current read" on the passenger seat, I knew we were kindred spirits and would be friends. We talked of many things; books and life, and laughed (he had a great "chuckle"). I will remember him always and cherish the time I got to know him. To all of Mike's family and friends I send my deepest condolences.
