I miss you Mike! I think of you every time I see a band perform, whenever I listen to great music and every time I, or anyone has a Popsicle. This summer I went to a Blues concert and the guitarist reminded me so much of you, I felt like it WAS you playing for me. The last song he played and sang Mustang Sally, then I knew it was you just for that moment... I will never get over loosing you, but I know you are in gods arms and your ok. I love you Brother.

One of my first memories of Michael was at his house he was just a toddler (I was there with Linda) I went in to the kitchen to say hi & Helen was at the sink & he was clinging to her skirt. I ran into him several years ago when he came back to Florence for a visit, I didn't recognize him, but he knew I was a Rochon, one of Jerry's sister we had such a great visit, he was so handsome &

(Continued) Back then we all had nick names, Mike's was MR. After High School, Mike and I along with a few others with the help of his brother Jim took off to Seattle to take on the world. Those were some great times. From there we all went our separate ways, but Mike and I always stayed in touch. Over the years our paths would cross many times.

Mike was a Great Guy and Best Friend. I remember as kids we would play at his house and wrestle with John, poor Helen. The great times we had at the Ski Hill. For a while we would hook up at Harolds Bushes almost every morning before school. I remember going to Iron Mt. with Mike to band practice with Bill Martin and the boys. Mike was one of the the best self taught musicians there was

Mike's smiling face and musical talent will be sadly missed by all that ever had the privilege to call him "Friend". We will forever visit our memories for the smile that lit our hearts and the music that filled our ears. Gone but never forgotten ♥

Being a much older cousin, I didn't get to know Mike and wish I'd had that opportunity as it sounds like he was just a great guy. My deepest and heartfelt sympathy to my cousins, Mike's siblings. I am so very sorry and will keep Mike and all of you in my prayers. I see a very strong resemblance to his Dad in the photos...Uncle "Bud" was such a loving, teasing presence in my childhood.

Mike was a great friend of mine and a neighbor for 6 years.. Always willing to help and listen.. I used to sit up and listen to him jam on his guitar for hours.. We had a few jam sessions together and he came to many of my shows.. I will always remember Mike for his kindness.. The world has truly lost a great MUSICIAN!!! We love you Mike. Always and forever...

Although my memories of Mike were from many years ago, I will never forget how much I enjoyed our conversations. He seemed to always have a positive spin on things and was full of vision for what he wanted from life. I am deeply saddened by his passing. Heaven has gained a wonderful man! My thoughts and prayers are with you, Juli.

The only time I ever met my Roberts cousins was when they visited around 1970, John, Mike and I slept(or not) on the floor in the living rm. We laughed all night. John says to my mum the next day, "Sorry Aunt Marie, but we were just full of Jokes." one of the greatest Swenski family moments of my life.

(continued)blessing/curse just like me. I won't have that chance any longer. But it makes the bonds between the rest of the family that much more important. I really had no idea it would hit me this hard

I had only in the last few years connected to many of my Polish cousins. Very few of us had gotten to grow up together, so when I created a Swenski Cousins page on Facebook, it was like a miracle for so many of us to share our stories and photos and be family again. I had so wanted to be able to get to hang with Mike(with all of them, really). Mike was the one who was afflicted with the music bles

Every moment I spent with Mike was full of life and laughter. He had those darling eyes and when he smiled the whole world smiled with him. Mikey was so charismatic. Always a gentleman. And could not have been a more lovely person. We will all miss him dearly.
