Merry Christmas Michelle, I added a photo to your gallery. About 15 years ago you gave me a gorgeous needlepoint Christmas Stocking for my Norwich Terriers. Every year I get it out and think of all the good times we had together. And, when my terriers see it they start thinking about all the treats and toys that will fill it up!

Another birthday, another year but Michelle you are not forgotten. Memories of you come to me often, just the other day I was shopping for some clothes ( I hate shopping!) and I thought if you were with me this would be so much fun. You had a nake with style and liked to give me advice on what to wear, which I gladly took.

I can't believe it's been another year without Michelle Burry's smile in my life. I continue to be reminded of her friendship with a lovely photo of her on my refrigerator. A place reserved for family and good friends and she truly was that to me.

Happy Birthday Michelle, you would of been 53 on the 11th. It seems like yesterday that we both were dreading the 50's. I can report that they are not that bad! You continue to be in my thoughts and will, that is what being a good friend to someone is all about...................

4 years ago you left this world to experience magical and joyous experiences that I believe you are having right now. We always celebrated your birthday as a belated event which you liked so much. A special day out with lunch or dinner included, we had so much fun laughing about all the silly things girls laugh about!

On May 24th, 2015 your beloved cat Brandon quietly left us to be with you, it was a very sad day for me. A lovely box was made for him with a pillow and fresh flowers in it. He’s buried in the animal cemetery at Ayrshire Farm in Upperville, VA where for 3 years he was lovingly cared for. I have kept his collar in remembrance of you and Brandon.

Michelle, you now have Brandon, your best friend to happily soar through the universe with you!

Dearest Michelle, It is your birthday today, and I am thinking of you. Your lovely picture is still displayed on my table, but I believe you know that. Today is your birthday, and tomorrow is mine. We would have exchanged (silly) cards. We both would have had silly stickers all over the envelopes too (you loved using the cat ones!). We sure were big on the stickers! Merry Christmas to my very missed friend. As with every Christmas season I think of you when I decorate my tree that you so enjoyed comming to see each year as we had a cup of tea together. The Norwich Terrier needlepoint stocking is on the sofa ready to be stuffed with doggie goodies. Brandon continues to thrive in his very caring and loving home. He received lots of catnip from me and ran around like a kitten again. Michelle you are blessed and I know everywhere that is beautiful and peaceful I can find you.

I can't believe it's been over 3 years since I have seen you Michelle. Your smile and warm heart continue to brighten my way.

Merry Christmas to my dear friend Michelle who is not forgotten in my life. Today I went to visit your best feline friend Brandon. He looks great and has beautiful care. Brandon chooses to stay much to himself but does have one buddy that he plays around with. He loves people and I spent a long time brushing him. I took Brandon several mouse toys and cat nip! We think Brandon must be around 14 years old now; he still has that very unusual coat pattern that you liked so much. I have added a few new pictures of him in your photo gallery so they can be enjoyed by the people that cared about Michelle.
I read the poem "Ascension" on your site often because it so reminds me of you and how grateful I am that we were good friends to each other.

Brandon, your favorite cat is still with us, almost 15 now and he's happy and looks great and sends you a head rub and meow.

I miss and think of you often...Hard to believe you would have been 50 years old today...but you would have still looked younger right :)

Even though I only knew Michelle for a short period of time,she is always in my thoughts. I often wonder what could have been if we had connected earlier. Would life have been different for the both of us. I wanted so much to have spent more time with her.She was a wonderful,loving person. I feel fortunate to have been her father for that short time. I miss her.

Michelle, I've thought of you often this past year. I miss you greatly. I can hear you in my head at times saying..."Oh, Willie!".

When I found out I had a sister, I was beyond excited! She was a vibrant and sensitive soul, and we connected immediately. She left an impression on all she met, and she will always be missed. I am fortunate to have known her!

I'm very saddened to hear just today of Michelle's passing. She was a very beautiful woman and had an even more beautiful spirit. We shared a life together once...and I will always remember what a good person she was. May she rest in peace...and be remembered for the remarkable woman she was.

Michelle graduated from Purnell School in 1982. During her years at Purnell she was active with many committees and sang in the chorus. She will be deeply missed by her classmates and all who knew her at Purnell.

Michelle was my sister and the aunt to my girls. She will be missed. I miss teasing her and hearing that laugh. My "Mickey" i.e., Miche will be missed. May she rest in peace. William.
As her sister-in-law, we will miss her as part of our family. Her memory will live always. Claudia

Even though I only knew her briefly,I became very fond of her immediately. She was easy to be around and very pleasant. My fondest memory was getting off the plane after Christmas of 2011 and meeting her for the first time. I knew right away she was my daughter. We shed a few tears that night. I'm blessed to have known her. A beautiful person who will be in my heart always. Rest in peace..

I met Michelle a few years ago around Christmas time at her mother's home. Michelle was wearing a beautiful solid red velvet outfit with a beautiful necklace given to her from her Nanne (necklace and Nanne in photo above). Michelle was a beautiful person. I agree with Dameron that her smile was intoxicating. She loved her family very much and her cats :)
