I just got to know about his demise yesterday. I felt really bad knowing such a great coach is gone.

In one of Monitor Moses's visits to my office in Umuahia, Nigeria, I remember picking him up from the park, looking at my dirty car... Monitor Moses said, "No Joshua, you are a cleaning company, your vehicle, your clothes, and all around you must be clean at all times." His words kept resounding in my mind... And today, we practice just what he said and are seeing results. He also encouraged me to get an MBA which I did. Glory to God for the successful life you lived Sir. May God bless all you left behind.

Mr Moses Okole was a notably commendable man even from a distance, and one I really admired. He made such a positive impact on the people around him, and I am blessed to be one of those who benefitted from his wealth of knowledge.

I remember the conversation I had with him once at our company's convention, when I asked how he was able to start his business again from scratch with such courage and tenacity, and he took his time to tell me everything I wanted to know that night. Teaching came so naturally to him and people only ever spoke good words concerning him. He was selfless and noble, and that is how we'll always remember him.

The world indeed has lost a gem, but we know heaven has gained an angel back. Adieu Coach. Till we meet again.

I didn't know writing a tribute could be this hard!
I just want to say i am grateful our paths crossed at Max. I think your impact on my life and business began at R2G 2017, you were away for a while after that but we reunited at the opening of the office in abuja, i remember this so vividly because it was there you told me: some people will yet join this business years from now and still become Crown Diamonds!
You were such an optimist coach and mentor, always saw the light at the end of the tunnel, always ready to teach!

I thank you for the times we presented together at Max office, every moment spent with you was precious, for the visit to my home and for all the business ideas shared.
I do regret that we didn't do a tour as earlier planned, you had notified me when you were ill early last year just before the lockdown, and i totally regret not being there at your moments of struggle.

I pray the Lord comforts your wife and family. I trust you are at a better place. We hope to keep your legacies going and i will always remember you with every Win.

Till we meet again.
Farewell Coach Moses

Coach Moses, your demise is a painful one to all. You mentored us in our early days of our max business and happily celebrated our success whenever we rank advanced . Its only now that i m a leader that I really appreciate all you did for us then, bearing in mind that you werent my sponsor and we weren't in the same direct team. I remember apologizing to your wife at a time about my constant disturbance with my calls and questions. Thanks for all the midnight calls you answered, thanks for all the text messages you replied. Thanks for being Moses Okolie
Adieu Coach.

The demise of a selfless great leader and coach, oh, what a sad news.
I was privileged to share the same platform with you when I had my first Virtual Max Seminar (BOM) Presentation and I learnt so much from your professional style of presenting.
Oh, your transition to glory to be with the Lord and the angels from this world,, because it so early, by our own human reasoning, is so painful in our heart and we the Max family will forever miss you.
Adieu a great coach and leader.

This is so devastating but with total submission to God Almighty.
Moses was my First Coach, friend and Mentor in Max. A Man with a Heart of a Diamond. Sincerely ready to teach and take the pain to help you understand what it takes to do the Max Business (didn't matter if you were in his team or not). He challenged me on many fronts, amongst which was His decision to restart His Business from the scratch with a Target and focus on what he believes. He made an absolute difference in my Max journey. Its so hard to say bye, I will personally miss you Sir, but God knows best.

May God give Stella and the kids the grace and strength to stand in this challenging times. Jesus is LORD!!! The LORD gives and takes even the finest! We are praying for you Ma. It is Well.

It’s hard to comprehend how a man with such bright future exited so soon.
You always had analogies, you always had strategies out of every difficult situation. Not long ago you showed me a Masterplan you had designed to revive your business. You told me of another plan you had in the works.
With you there was always a plan for something big.. but I’m sure you never planned to leave us so soon. I’m sure there would have been a counter plan to prevent this if you knew..

We are hurting Moses, Max Nigeria is hurting. We miss you!! We miss your selflessness. We miss your smiles & your training voice. The voice that always ignited action. You have left a hole that will be hard to fill, but I know you’re in a happier place smiling down at your beautiful family knowing that everything will be alright. Rest peacefully brother. Your children will be a thousand times greater than your highest peak

You such an inspiration. I was a kid when you taught me my first survival lesson in life, which you did through an unexpected swimming adventure, also my first animal hunting experience was from you.

Growing up as a kid, I saw how commited you were in the things of God in my grandparent's local church.

You were one of those that assisted my Dad who happened to be your in-law to build Masac Nig. Ltd, Abis Oil, Coast Paper Company successfully. Your contribution to my daddy's businesses made him an outstanding successful business man.

You were my closest Uncle, you always gave room for me to be myself whenever I was around you, you never judged my weakness, but always strengthened me by your sincere and genuine wise counsel.

I was with you last two weeks, and while we got discussing you kept pouring great plans on the table, you shared your experience of managing Abis oil with me, I was so confident because you were full of life, the next day I was to take my leave, I walked close to you and informed you, you appreciated me for coming around, then just as I stepped close to the door I looked back, then you gave me a thumbs up, I never knew that was you saying goodbye.

Uncle Moses you will be missed, though your sudden transition to the other realm of life left a great vacuum in me, but one thing is certain, you may not have lived a long life, but you did live a full and purposeful life, I will forever be proud of you Uncle Moses. Your soul will continue to rest in the perfect peace of our Lord Jesus.

My dear friend and motivator, I am still shocked about your sudden departure to the place of no-death. The first day I met you at Awka, I was highly impressed by your simplicity, humility, sincerity, cheerfulness and maturity. And these made me to join the great family of Max International. You saw a lot of potentials in me; which made you to give all you could to see that Awka zone stands.
The little experience I had with you portrayed you as a well balanced being, an impeccable teacher, a great motivator , an understanding husband, a wonderful, very respectful and very confident. How I wish you are still mortal, for us to terminate our unfinished discussion on WhatsApp.
Moses, You saw road where others see blockade. You saw possibilities when others see impossibilities. You saw success when others see failure. You saw roses where others see dry land. You found energy when others are tired. An Infatigable and focused leader. Ohh! Amid all these, death was still able to apprehend you. Why do you such?
But, as I lift up my head and look farther, I see that you have conquered death and have invested on immortality. what a paradoxe!
Then, looking beside me, I see your lovely wife, children and friends. But, what shall we do now? We are consoled because God loves you more; and you live now to die no more. Rest In Peace my brother! Que ton âme repose en paix ! Requiescat in pace! Ripose in pace!

Coach Moses, had been an amazing friend, a teacher and a mentor me particularly. Several occasions I've walked up to him and ask how do I succeed with my Max business and he'll sit me down and train me on many aspects and facets of the Max opportunity.
I remember vividly the last time we presented together at the Max HQ after the Lockdown was eased last November. We were quite few and after the products presentation, he decided to train us on certain aspects. He was a great teacher.
I'll definitely miss him so very much .
Adio...Coach Moses....I'm gonna miss you and that's for sure.
RIP.

I didn't have the privilege to meet with Coach Moses Okole in person but I heard so much about him. He was described as a humble person and a very good coach. It pained me more when I knew we were of same tribe and I was hoping to meet him one day. I really will miss him just as everybody will. I pray GOD ALMIGHTY to console and provide for the wife and children. Amen!

Moses was a devoted husband to Stella and loving father to Joshua, Marvellous and Daniel. He was one of my greatest friends and someone I always looked forward to learning from. One of the founding Associates in Max Nigeria, Moses blazed many trails and showed us that obstacles could be overcome. He was an inspiring speaker, trainer, and team leader and passionately committed to his family and his Max business. He took me by the hand when I first started coming to Nigeria and helped me feel so comfortable. We had many road trips, trainings, presentations, and long talks together. He was like my brother. I will miss him terribly and our Max Family will never be the same without him. We ask for your prayers and support for Stella, their children, and the family at this very difficult time.

Rest in Peace my sweet brother
With love & sorrow
