Today is the 10th year anniversary of your departure from us. It is my prayer that you continue to rest in the bosom of the Lord till we meet again.
I wrote the poem below for you:


10 YEARS GONE BY
In the realm of love, a rare gem did shine,
A gentle soul, so loving and kind.
With a heart so pure, and principles held high,
Discipline and grace, she exemplified.

Through life's journey, she walked with grace,
A guiding light, in every embrace.
Her love knew no bounds, it touched all near,
In her presence, joy was always near.

Even on her dying bed, she thought…,
Her final words, a testament so true.
"Please take care of my children," she said,
A mother's love, forever embedded.

On this anniversary, we celebrate your life,
Your legacy of love, through joy and strife.
A rare gem you were, a treasure untold,
In our hearts, your memory forever unfolds.

It's 9 years today since you left us. The kids and I really missed you! Although it's tough to come to terms with the fact that we won't see you here again, however we found solace in your beautiful memory, which lives on in our hearts. Continue to sleep in the bosom of the Lord. Amen

Happy 48th posthumous birthday darling bukky.you always had a beautiful smile that was infectious and you were so loving.You had a large heart.Heaven indeed gained an angel. You live on in our hearts.
I am grateful to God who has strengthened and comforted your husband who has been doing great taking care of our lovely children who have grown so beautiful and are doing excellent in their academics. No doubt you are fondly missed but we take solace in God.
May your loving and gentle soul continue to rest peacefully till we meet on Resurrection morning.

It's exactly 7 years you departed this world. You were an angel on assignment. Every life that crossed your path never remained the same. The children and I miss you so much. We are grateful for the time (though short) you spent with us and we pray that your soul may continue to rest in the bosom of the Lord. Amen

Dear Aunty Bukky, like I always called you. You were indeed my sister and my friend. I still recall the last deep conversations we had and I can’t forget the smile you gave me few minutes before you passed. We all miss you greatly but we rejoice in the fact that we will see you again. We miss you still

Today would've been exactly six years since my mum has passed away. We all miss you sincerely, us your children and our dad. Cause you were a great blessing to us. Although it was sad you having to leave us. But we find solace in the fact that we know you are in a much much better place. And that we know we will all meet again, happy. Amen.

One profound this I can't forget about you in a hurry is that you ever constant smile....just like yesterday, it's six year already. Hmnnn. May the Lord continue to strengthen you my brother (Tunde) and the children she left behind.

Today, exactly 6 years ago, you departed this world. I remembered vividly; it was a Sunday (just like today) at 10pm you passed onto that glorious presence of the Almighty. May you continue to rest in the bosom of the Lord our Father whose love has made us worthy of eternity with Him. I shed tears again today as I remembered this fateful day during the church service. However, I am eternally grateful to God Who has been my strength and sufficiency since your departure. Good night Bukky, till we meet again!

To live in the hearts of those we love is not die. How can you be forgotten? How can memories of you be erased? There's no known means! Live on my sister and classmate. Thoughts of you are eternal as you are now.

A NOTE FROM HEAVEN: It's exactly 5 years without me, & I'm not here to see if the sun has risen & found your eyes filled with tears for me. I wish so much you wouldn't cry the way you did when I left! I think of the many things we didn't get to say. For the kids, you have served well. You loved Me- & I know, please move on with your life. Good bye Tunde!
