It's Seven years already! I used to think my Dad would live to over 100 just like his Dad. When Mom passed before him however, the difference was so clear! Today I choose to celebrate every memory of Osoka Okeudo and Annie Anyagwo IMO.

They lived, loved and died in Jesus.

Seasons come and seasons go, but the love and values Dad shared with us remain. May God help us to love and care as he did.

Today would have been Dad's 89th birthday. I thought about him yesterday when someone shared something he could have said. The person said those who have to announce to everyone that they are born again, probably aren't. Dad always believed that if you are the genuine article, it will show. Today I thank God that Dad taught us to live true from the inside out.

In Heaven do they celebrate birthdays? We are limited to times and seasons on earth, so "Happy Birthday Dearest Daddy"! As always, I thank God for the gift of having you as my Father. Many hugs and kisses for you and Mom! Your memory is blessed always. Fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing you!

Daddy would have been 86 today. What a nice man he was! Pleasant, witty, farsighted, humble, loyal, long suffering, kind, extremely intelligent and shrewd but also forgiving and incapable of bearing a grudge. May the Lord preserve your legacy in me in Jesus Name. Amen.

The path that Grandad walked was shown with no regrets. I also cherish the little time that I got given to seeing my Grandad before he passed on.

It's 2 years already! Today I wore a t shirt Dad gave me to the stadium and announced to those who still have Daddy's to take special care of them while they still have the time. Continue to rest in peace Daddy dearest.

Amazing grace, how sweet the sound... I thank God on every remembrance of Daddy. A very special man. As blunt as he was honest. I love and miss my Dad.

"Naboth said to Ahab. The Lord forbid that I should give the inheritance of my fathers to you". 1 Kings 21 v. 3. On this day that would have been my Dad's 85th birthday, I solemnly vow not to abandon the Godly principles that he left behind for me as my inheritance. I am proud to be his heir.

I do remember your dad! We called him Uncle Imo & looked forward to seeing him if my parents hosted Item Dev. Union meetings at our place in Lagos. I remember his sense of humour, e.g. once when people were discussing careers & he said his wife's career was 'Mrs Imo'. It's the way he said it with a mischievous smile. :-) Lovely man & entirely lovely family. Anne (nee Anaeme).

Daddy! What can I say? The longer I live, the more I appreciate you. Warm, generous, kind, quick tempered but never one to bear a grudge. Loyal. Absolutely loyal. Carried his invalid wife by himself many times without complaint. Could I do the same if need be? Doubtful, extremely doubtful. I love you daddy. You were a good example of what a Father should be.
