Yesterday, we interned Pat's ashes at Calvary Cemetery. I was joined by son, Mike, daughter, Julie and their spouses, Agnes and Paul as well as Pat's two grandchildren, Amelia and Julian. Also joining our party were Pat's nephew, Jim and his family, wife Adelia, children, Gus and Magnus as well as Adelia's mother, Louise. Niece, Annette and her fiancée, Mike were also present. Art Hansen, Cemetery Manager assisted us.
Pat was laid to rest in a wooden urn modelled after a Shaker basket at 2:00PM PDT. Our grave is located at the top of Calvary Cemetery and overlooks the Pacific Ocean just South of Bodega Bay. The Cemetery is located on the Bodega Hwy just west of the town of Bodega, famous for the church and schoolhouse filmed in Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds". Pat's brother, Norman Boling and his wife,
Eve are also interned in Calvary Cemetery.
