I just learnt of the passing of my brilliant lecturer and friend. I saw a traditional marriage picture with a guest that looked like prof. Okereke. Out of excitement I enquired further only to learn that He passed away 2years ago. He was such a dedicated and thorough academician that made a significant impact in my life. May his soul continue to rest in peace. 

We miss you Patricio, but you are in a better place. Happy posthumous birthday.

Sir, You were like a father to me. All through my university days,you coached me,guided me and taught me how to be a responsible independent woman. You never allowed me to lack,cry or shed a tear. I walked with my head so high. Your words of encouragement never left me. You gave me a special gift for my wedding even though you were unable to make it because of your illness but your prayers was with me. I can only but say thank you Sir. I wish i had some more time to thank you properly for all your care. God knows all. You are a good Man,dedicated,hardworking,disciplined and intelligent. Nigeria has indeed lost a jewel.
