I met Pat Ryan several years ago while riding several hundred of miles over the last five years. It was always my pleasure to meet back up with Pat whether in Arlington, Va (twice), Georgetown, TX,  Glen Allen, VA and several other locations  as we rode our bikes with other Active Duty Military, Vets and First Responders. Pat was loved by all. He displayed sincere compassion for all who participated, regardless of their proficiency. He was always there to lend a hand or provide encouraging words of supprt. Rest in Peace dear friend. You will be missed. Comfort and peace to your family. And to your Grandchildred specicially...you Grand Dad was warm wonderful person who was loved by all.

Pat will be missed

Pat was one of those guys that you could not help but like. He was always the life of the party, and loved telling stories. He was selfless and giving and loved giving advice. Back in 2018, before the Texas Challenge, Pat found out that it was my first time in Texas, so he rented a truck and offered to show me around Texas. We did some sightseeing, took in awesome local food and helped shuttle some folks from the airport to the Project Hero hotel. He could tell how introverted I was an introduced me to so many great people. I'll always have fond memories of Pat "correcting" my pushing technique on the Challenge Rides and the good times we had together. Until Valhalla, brother.
