I haven't posted for a while, nor have I fogotten. I still miss her.

It's been 3 years now and the loss remains.

I still miss her. Time dulls the sharpness but not the loss.

I started thinking about her death often for a number of days before this first year anniversary. I don't think of her everyday...but...I often have things happen or whatnot that I find myself thinking that I'll have to talk with Pat about that...and then her being gone comes back to me...she wasn't only my sister...she was a good good friend. I miss her lots and lots...and lots and her absence leaves a big void for me.

Its so hard to believe that you are no longer with us. You were loved and still in our hearts . good memories are ours.

Looks like my first attempt didn't print. Pat was a dear friend through grade school, junior high and high school. I always thought it was so great that she, I, LaWanda and Alice remained in touch these 58 years we have been out of highschool.  Good memories. So glad she was in my life. Cora Ann

Pat was a character! She was cheerful, open, unpretentious, and always wanted to make you feel good. Best of all, she gave my husband great memories.

Hard to put into words--feelings about a good friend! I feel blessed to experience such a true friendship. From grade school till her time to leave us, we've laughed and cried about all that life has offered. Thanks Pat for the precious memories!!
