What can I say about Peggy? Well all I can say is that when I went to Australia for the first time for my brothers wedding to Fiona.
She took me into her home and made me part of the family, even though I’d never met her before. I just felt at ease in her presence with her laid back attitude and her sense off humour. And I’ll always be thankful for it, you will be dearly missed and thanks for everything you’ve done for me and my Irish/Australian family.
Rest in peace

I had the honour of meeting Peggy many years ago. My first time going to Australia, I was very home sick but Peggy took me out for tea and talked to me as if she knew me all her life and I felt at ease in her presence. Peggy was a wonderful lady who always took the time to talk to me, whenever I was visiting Benny and Fiona. We always had wonderful conversations about nursing and we shared each others stories. Peggy was an absolute lady and I was so sorry to hear the sad news of her passing, she will be missed by all who got the honour to meet her.
