Pfc. William Victor Norder, United States Army, 20, Lincoln, died Thursday, June 9, 2011, in a tragic car accident, in Lincoln while on leave from a one-year deployment to Iraq. Born May 21, 1991, in Lincoln to Lynn (Vannoy) Heileman and Kevin Norder. After graduating from Lincoln Northeast High School in 2009, Will attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
