He was planning to travel to Vegas to celebrate yet another grand-daughter's wedding in 2015. Not his oldest, but his youngest grand-daughter, Alex. Her wedding was planned for March 11 in Las Vegas, but unfortunately, her Papa never made it. He did, however, request something from her a few weeks before he passed. "I want a touchdown Alex, not a field goal." She replied as tearless as she could, "Ok, Papa."

He may not have been present in the physical, but we know he was with her in spirit. On behalf of your Papa, Alex, congratulations! You scored!
