I am deeply saddened after hearing of Phyllis's passing. Thank you for sharing your lives with everyone in pictures - what a tremendous tribute to your Mom and Dad. I am so sorry for all of you but rejoice that Phyllis is with Pastor - the love of her life! I miss your whole family so very much and remember fondly all of the great times spent together at Immanuel and in the parsonage. God Bless and Love to all of you!! Wendy (Landquist) Fiffy

As a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Holden, MA. I would like to express my deep condolences for your loss. I enjoyed the pictures, each one expressing abundant love with generations of family and friends. She was adored by many, Phyllis lived a long life, a blessing, albeit it brings great sadness in these sorrowful moments of her passing. May God grant you peace, Phyllis is with God, and her heavenly family, and she is with you always in your heart and your memories. Godbless and be well.  ❤ -jackie

So sorry to read of your mother's passing. She was one of the group of girls from First Lutheran who called themselves, "The Pioneer's Club" in the 1940s, and I posted a photo in the gallery. My mother was Doris Gosselin Tillman, who always spoke highly of Phyllis. Love and sympathy to you all.

Sincerely, Kathy & Bill Cahill

I was saddened to read of your Mom's passing. Your Mom was a very dear friend of Mabel Schleicher, a member of First Lutheran Church in New Britain CT. Roger Svensk was Mabel's nephew and also worked part time as a custodian at First Lutheran. Phyllis used to come to Aunt Mabel's home on Wednesday's after work and before choir practice. A bit convoluted but I am Roger's significant other and as a result also got to know your Mom. Roger and I offer our sincere condolences to all of you. She always spoke of her daughters :) Prayers with all of you. May she rest in peace. Fondly, Jan Peichert and Roger Svensk
