To establish this site as appreciation of your Dad und to invite all of us for leaving loving memories of Ralph shows once again: Really Payton, you are your father's child through and through. As THE and absolutely communicator during his whole lifetime, he would be also proud of you as he would feel the great honour, he get's through this lovely gesture.
My memories of Ralph are also only full of love ... and of great respect. His incredibly knowledge of history and international policy - especially if he told about his own experience during his working for the American Government - was more than imposing every time again.
I knew Ralph since ~1970; at first as partner of my sister Chris, later as her husband and my brother-in-law. I'm very sad, that we lost us out of sight along a lot of years. But all the more I was very glad, that we saw us instead of this much more and a lot of times in his last years of life.
Nearly 2 years ago now he passed, but down to the present day there's no week without the one or other (sometimes only little) reason for me, to remember him.
Nobody must (or somebody can't or won't) share my belief, that's okay: But it's my persuasion that Ralph stays on a wonderful place in peace by God. And in this mind I'll wish you: Be all my loved in Ralph's family also blessed ... my dear Christiane, Payton, Bettina, Parker and Blake.
Thanks for this great site.
(And excuse my English).
Love, Matthias
