I can still smell his cologne. I miss him and my mamaw bad. They were the most positive influence in my life.

It’s been 31 years Dad since you left us and I can tell you it isn’t any easier. If only I could talk to you and get your advice again. You are so missed and I am looking forward to that reunion where our circle won’t be broken anymore.

God bless the family of br Herbert Gibson, I never knew or heard of this man. But after hearing br Tommy Bates sing the song "Clap Your Hands" and mentioning that this dear br Gibson wrote it, I wanted to find out about him. Our former church "Happy Valley Church" in Tennessee also sang it too. It just blesses me so very much. When a man by heavenly inspiration writes a song, only heaven will reveal how far and deep that will go to be a blessing and help to folks. Amos in Christiansburg, Va

I remember Bro Gibson from the 70's have been to his church numerous times My Mother and Father Bill and Ethel Mays Held the highest esteem for Bro Gibson brought the church in Kentucky a long ways I would Love to hear his singing once again but I can't find it anywhere please share if possible

It's 2013, an I miss my mom and dad more now than I did then, people say it gets easier, but I think it gets harder. Everyday, my thought is on them, and I can hear them saying things to me all the time..I'm so proud to be called their daughter, and I'm so glad the wonderful value's they taught me...R.I.P. he used to come to highway holliness church for revivals 35yrs ago Iloved his preaching and singing,I still have his records,I have a message he preached called why should I worry when I'm in Gods hand,I am now a pastor myself,I lost my dad,my pastor,6yrs ago to cancer,he preached 58yrs,he was one of those trail blazers too,I miss them.
