Richard Anthony Waldron

On the 5th of October 1931 Richard Anthony Waldron also known as [ Dick ] was born in Roxborough Central Otago New Zealand.

Lived in Alexandra with Father and Mother and 5 bothers and 2 sisters,

Got married to Maureen Isobel Booth in 1956. Dad Built their first home in Fairfield in 1958, Mum  and Dad went on to own the Coronation Milkbar in Mosgiel for two years. Dad then built a second family home in Westwood and then built the last family home in Brighton where they lived until 1997 from there they downsized and shifted to Mosgiel which is where Dad sadly Pass. Mum still lives there today. Mum and Dad have two sons and a daughter, Stephen Donna And Wayne, they are also the proud granparents of Kyra Rick Lisa and Holly and Storm  and great granparents of James and Lucy  and Autumn +.

Dad also loved his cars. 1957 Chev Bellair,1964 AP5 Valiant ,1964 Chev Impala ,1946 Ford Super Deluxe , 1963 Ford Fairlane, To name a few of them.
 

Waldronville was subdivided in the 1950's from farm land purchased  by Bill Waldron, Dad and his brother George Waldron built 11 Houses a year.

Dad went on to have R. A. Waldron & Co Ltd, and went out building house on his own, when we lived in Westwood, Then he went to work for Mcskimmings in Abbottsford for the mid 1970's.

Then Dad went to work at the D.M.B.A freezing works in the 1980's were Stephen and Wayne worked as well.

Mum and Dad lived in Brighton to 1997 then moved to Mosgiel where Mum stills lives today
