Survivors include: his wife, Mrs. Judith Parham Mulkey; his children Elizabeth Dixon (Duane), Robert D. Mulkey, Jr.; Shawn Reaves (Madonna), Darius Mulkey (Elizabeth), Shavon Reaves, Delano Mulkey (Edith), Bobby Mulkey, Deanna Chambers (Rickey) and Robert L. Mulkey; twenty grandchildren, one great grand, his step mother, Mrs. Mary Mulkey; two sisters, Carolyn Wade and Glenda Stone; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, other relatives and friends.
