His Life

The Life of Robert Lee Clayton

June 18, 2021
Robert Lee Clayton passed in peace June 10, 2021.
He went peacefully in the early morning in the presence of his closest friends Terry and Rhonda. He was born March 3, 1952. He was 69 years old.
Bob will always be remembered for his quirky since of humor, his obsession for nicknames, his love of the Beatles and guitar playing, prospecting for gold and so many other exciting adventures. He was a hilarious, sarcastic, charismatic, talented and intellectual man wrapped all in one. Arizona will always be a reminder of you.  We will share your love and adventures of Arizona with all of your grandchildren to come (along with a pack of hotdogs and a gallon of water :)
Bob leaves behind his children Aimee (Aimless), Brandon (Brandy), Dayna (Dayney Wayney), Brett (Brett Sweat), Cammie (Cambo) and Lori along with their spouses, 17 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He will also be greatly missed by his wife Carol Clayton, his siblings Darlene, Kathy, Rick, Pam, Carol, Bethanne and Terri and his nieces, nephews, cousins and Aunt Helen.
We love you and miss you Pops.
Give your daughter Julie a hug up there for us and have some great laughs with your brothers Doug and Larry.
