I fear I am just seeing this after receiving an e-mail that was supposedly from Bob last week. I decided to look for him online and saw he flew into Jesus' arms last year. I am so sorry for your loss. We thought the world of him as a man and an artist. Our first contact with Bob was in 1986. He had paintings displayed at a gallery in Durango where we were living at the time. I contacted him and commissioned him to paint a mountain scene from our area for our 10th wedding anniversary. Today it is still the focal point in our living room. Then, in 2011 we approached him again to paint another mountain scene, this time as a wedding gift for our son and his bride! The wedding was in Crested Butte on the mountain where there are 360-degree views. That beautiful painting hangs in my son & daughter-in-law's living room. We will forever remember Bob for his talent, warm smile, amiable personality, and e-mailed jokes!! We were blessed to have known him. No doubt he is resting in peace! God's peace to you.
Sincerely, Connie & Don Fazzan
