Passed away on April 7, 2017 in Desert Hills, Arizona, United States
This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Robert Nichols, 32 years old, born on May 16, 1984, and passed away on April 7, 2017. We will remember him forever.
Can't believe it has been a year all ready that you were laid to rest. We have missed your smile and look forward to seeing that smile again, when God sees fit...love you sweet Robert..xoxo
It's been a year since you went to heaven Robert and you have been missed everyday. You are in my prayers each morning and evening, as promised. You are kept safe in my heart forever. I love and miss you honey. Mommy
Robert and our son Tim were very good friends growing up in Desert Hills. Always a big smile on his face. I remember he came to our door one night and wanted to tell me he got the job at Fletcher Tires. He was so proud. He will be so missed by our family. Condolences to the Nichols family. Rest well my lil buddy. Much love, Cheryl & Ron Compton
I remember as kids coming to visit during thanksgiving holidays all the time when he lived on dyess afb, and we were told to go to bed, which never happened and uncle Mark slamming open the door using a stern voice telling us to GO TO SLEEP, like I do with my kids now, but never happened until about the fifth time lol! Good times....
Robert was a sweet boy right from the start. I remember the giggles and the hugs from a red headed little boy. We all have such fond memories of him through out the years. He loved to do the two step with his Aunt Debbie...well not really, but he humored the ole' Aunt Deb. There won't be a day that goes by that we won't miss our Robert❤️...may God Bless you and keep you surrounded in his love..
I am watching the pictures you have posted....what a sweet little boy! But they all grow up to be big boys and men and, as is pre-planned for us, we only get to "keep" them for such a short while. In Robert's case, our Lord God saw fit to take him early in his life...he must have a higher purpose in mind for him! May you take comfort in all the great memories of the time you had with your son. God Bless you and your family....you will be in our prayers as you go through this sad time.
When we read the news Jim and I remembered our fondest moment with Robert. He must have been about 3 yrs old. He climbed in Jim's lap, felt his face with his hands and said "You have black skin"! We all laughed. Jim has memory problems due to brain cancer but he remembers that like it was yesterday! We loved him dearly!
