I have been to write this all afternoon and I keep having all kinds of Tech problems AS of now I have realized I do not have the money I need and owe people,therefore a memorial fund Has been opened at Wells Fargo Bank, I need to go back to work and need to get a car to get to and from and pay many people back. Jeff was generous to a  fault. and made many loans that were never paid back. He had no insurance and I could not afford a proper funeral which he did deserve
