The Life of Ronald Ralls Jr.

Ronald Ralls, Jr affectionately known as “Buddy Love” passed away on Wednesday, October 6, 2021.  Buddy was the second child born to the union of the late Ronald, Sr and Doreatha A. Ralls.  He was born May 24, 1968, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was baptized at an early age in the Seventh Day Adventist Church.  Buddy graduated from Woodward High School in 1986.  In 2004, he was blessed with his daughter, Jada whom he loved dearly.  His entrepreneurial mentality, lead him to start several businesses, including a restaurant, Soul Food To Go, and a lawn care company.  In 2013, Buddy moved to Atlanta, Georgia and worked for the City of Clarkston.  After spending a couple of years there, he returned to Cincinnati in 2015, prior to the passing of his Father.  Buddy then moved into the home to help take care of his Mother.  He was working at Nisbet Brower when he was diagnosed with Cancer.He continued working through his first round of chemo in 2020.  Buddy fought and battled cancer with everything he had.  Even though Buddy was going through so much physically, he remained positive with a smile on his face and cracked jokes until the end.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald Sr and Doreatha Ralls. He leaves behind his only child, Jada Denise Webb.  Two loving sisters, Rosalind Graham and Renee Phelps, the love of his life, Reyonne Riley; nieces and nephews, Tiana, T’Neisha, Thomas Jr., Terrell, Taliyah, Tamari and a host of other relatives and friends who loved him dearly.
