Mr. Ronnie Hodo was born July 16, 1950 in Troup County, GA. He was the fifth child born to the Willie Cliff Hodo and Will Lean (Robinson) Hodo. On July 24, 2016 he was called home to be with his parents and son.

Ronnie confessed Christ as his lord and savior at an early age. He was of Baptist faith.

He was a member of the 1968 graduating class of Harrison High School. After graduating from high school he moved to Chicago, IL where he became an electrician. Ronnie loved music and socializing with family and friends. Whenever you would talk to him the last thing he would say was “I love you.”

He was preceded in death by his son, Rodney Cooke and a sister, Earnestine Thomas.

Ronnie leaves to cherish is memories, one son, Anthony Robinson, three sisters, Alma Towler, Barbara (Dave) Grissom, Chantell Hodo (James), one brother, Willie C. (Brenda) Hodo, seven grandchildren, nieces, Kelley Roulhac, Jennifer Towler, Mininia Hughes, Fresheta Slaughter, Keomeshia Slaughter, Alexia Murphy, nephews, Latwan Hodo, Nicholas Hodo, Tristan (Nicole) Moore, Chazaray Brown (Kit),

Harold Slaughter, William Hodo, Marvin John Towler, one aunt, Doris Hodo, brother-in-law, Rev. Michael Slaughter, a friend that was like a mother, Annie Slaughter, special friend, Barbara Traylor, a host of other relative and friends.
