Sandi and I met in High School. We hit it off right away as we had some things in common -- especially just wanting to enjoy life and have fun. We both had an adventurous spirit. Her personality was awesome, so full of life and laughter. I loved her laugh..
We lost touch after graduation, but did have a reunion with three other classmates in Yakima. (Will post picture later...) Again, didn't keep in touch until about a year and half ago. We chatted on the phone often. We each had our own issues dealing with, but I knew I could call her anytime. When I had a bad day and called her she had be feeling better and laughing. I miss those talks. We were planning on getting together this summer. She talked a lot about her children and Grandchildren and was very proud of them.
I did go visit her when she was at Renton Rehab Center. I truly believe she
heard me by her movements. We all know life isn't fair sometimes. It's not
fair that Sandi was taken to soon from her family and friends. Friendship does not end at death. It is eternal. You will be missed dearly and always in my thoughts and prayers. Keep everyone laughing in heaven, until we meet again, friend. Love you, Darlys
