A beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend, Sara Summer Swanson-Smith left this world unexpectedly, at 30, Saturday, Oct. 24, 2020. Sara was born in Concordia, Kansas, on July 24, 1990. She was the daughter of Jessica and Jeff Graham, and Robert Swanson.

Sara was preceded in death by her grandfather, Richard Swanson.

She leaves behind her parents, her loving husband Dustin Smith and daughter Shevelle Smith; grandparents Wayne and Elaine Cyr, Berneda Swanson, and Jodie Salaz; brothers Colsen and Caigen Swanson and sister Cambrie Swanson; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
