Ademola, Tomisin and Toyosi: My mother Nicole, my son Isaac, my sisters and I, send you our sincere and deepest condolences in the passing of your wife and mother. We send our love and prayers your way. We know that our Heavenly Father is taking care of you and the girls! Never forget that your strength comes from the Lord and that our God is Faithful. He will never leave you and will always be with you.
I have been reminiscing on the friendship I had with our dear Scholastica. I can never forget first meeting Scholastica and Demola at the Civic hospital where Toyosi and Isaac (newborns) were receiving care in the NICU. Their beds were side by side. That is where we met and became friends and have been inseparable ever since.
Scholastica, was not just a friend but a sister to me. I have so many fond memories of our times together. We celebrated our children's birthdays together, laughed together, and even shared your last evening in Ottawa together in our home before your family flew to Fort Mc Murray several years ago. Scholastica, how can I forget our long phone calls together laughing, and praying for one another. My mother still remembers seeing Tomisin at her elementary school where she worked as a nurse. Tomisin, always greeted her with such life and a great big smile! My mother sends her love to Demola and the girls.
Thank you Demola for supporting and loving Scholastica with such powerfully deep love. The Lord bless you.
Scholastica, you will forever be in our hearts. I love you my dear sister...until we meet again!
